Fixed proposal with scope, timeline and price. 3. Contract by email with a digital signature; kickoff with the first payment. 4. Deliveries on preview links, commented on by message. 5. I prefer working in writing — brief, proposal, contract and approvals over email, WhatsApp or the platform you already use. If a call helps, I will do one. - **How long does a website take?** A landing page usually takes 5 to 10 business days; a company site, 2 to 4 weeks. The exact timeline goes in the proposal, together with the price. - **How do contract and payment work?** Contract by email with a digital signature. Payment is split into stages — a deposit to start and the rest on delivery — by bank transfer, card or PayPal. - **Do I keep the code and access?** Yes. Repository, domain, hosting and credentials stay in your name, with documentation of what was done. - **What is an agent-ready site?** A site AI agents can read and cite: markdown versions of the pages, llms.txt, structured data and, when it makes sense, an MCP server. This site works that way — use the robot button in the corner to see it. - **Do you work outside Brazil?** Yes, remotely and in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
